How To Restart Service Indicator
Hello,
I took my car to get its first service with the Chrysler Dealer, when I picked it up I asked if they restarted the service indicator so it would countdown again and let me know whenever I need to take it to the service again. They said they did but I noticed they didnt so I went and asked and they said they didnt know how. So I got mad and left and I tried to do it myself following the user´s manual directions, but I still cant do it. The question is, has anybody done it? How can I restart it? Thank you for all your soon replies!

Your Dealer has A DRB Scan Tool that will do it. or the service manual has a listed procedure for the reset. It will be listed in the owners manual as FSS reset in the maintenance Section Turn the key to on/run and with in one-second press the ****/button to the left of the display twice. With in 10 seconds turn the key off. Press and hold the ****/button to the left while turning the key on again continue holding the **** until you hear an audible sound and the display changes to 6,000 miles then release the ****/button.
