headlights

How do you angle the head lights higher. I just got the H7St from Sylvania. I can't get them to hit any higher than the first seam on a garage door. Any advise?

make sure the bulbs are in correctly,if your using the adjuster and its not moving then the bulb is not in position,and needs to be re-seated.
