Hi Ken - yes both the food and drink was very good at the Peacock - its a nice traditional and unspoiled pub with a snug and lots of room for us. Its very popular with the locals and used to be the main pub used by the old farmers on market day. There is also a nice area outside to sit in the evening if the weather is warm. Im sure it will do us proud, and there are three other nice pubs all within 200 yards if you are up for a mini-pub crawl!
