woody and me are meeting up (as usual) for the drive down to Marlow and meeting up at Watford Gap services M1 at 10.00 on Sunday. Then we can then call in at Cherwell Valley services M40 at 10.50 - 11.00 - I know ZeroZero is coming down M40 from Coventry and Mogsta from W.Mids - let us know if you will be there, plus anyone else whos around!

I had decided to go, but just had a brake problem, just started off, pedal went to floor without much affect once and now has grinding noise when braking on near side front, but brake pedal functioning OK and braking effectively. After returning to home grinding noise seems less, but still there.

Can't see anything easily and noise has reduced. Can't tell if it just grit ( had jet washed wheels before hand, could that blow grit in ? ) or if there is a more serious brake problem.

Will take a look in the morning and decide.
