These came up in conversation at today's meet in Marlow. I have a set that I bought a few years ago from www.speeding.co.uk , but it seems they no longer stock them, although they do stock a lot of interesting gear at competitive prices so the site continues to be worth a look.

I have, however, found some chrome dice listed on ebay if anyone is interested...
