Pipercross induction kit

Default Pipercross induction kit

Has anyone fitted this to their car its got two filters if so does it make much difference in performance and emissions ?? Thanks

There's no performance advantage in going from a cold air intake (factory) to a hot air intake (pipercross), probably a disadvantage.

So why do the manufacturers of these products say that they do give an increase in performance ??

You'll need to ask them. If they can't prove what they say then it is simply marketing.

Ummm...so that they can sell them. There are a number of "chips" and electronic intake fans on Ebay that claim dozens of extra horsepower. Guess what, they don't work.

2. EC tune
3. spend the big bucks and get on the list for Corky's turbocharger
