Rust problems

Default Rust problems

Hi there, still thinking of buying a crossfire, i've noticed a few reports of rust around the boot area, what do i need to look for?

IIRC it's mainly round the boot-lock area and the 2 bolts holding this in... should be quite a simple matter to spot/fix. Also where the tailgate rubbers rest in the guttering paintwork is frequently rubbed away there but (again IIRC) never seen any with rust there

Common rust is under the door rubber seal,this problem is covered in depth elsewhere on the forum.
