Crossfire for sale...
Crossfire for sale...
Well after months of umming and ahhhing I've decided to put the Crossie up for sale. There'll definitely be mixed feelings about this, on the one hand it's been an awesome bit of kit and been (apart from one, now remedied, problem) faultless (which includes about 6k miles tooling around Europe). On the other hand I will be part of the way towards looking for something new which is always fun
As it happens I'm also selling the Rumblebee (which has been amzing!!) so once they've gone I'll be after something a little cheaper than the 2. The reason for the sale is that we've moved into a new house and the phrase "work is needed" is very apt! That being said I'm not desperate to sell so if I have to bear the 'hardship' of driving the Crossie for some while long then I'm happy to do so!!
Anywho onto the details....
06 in machine grey, auto, 38,000miles, just (about to be) serviced, MoT and 6 months tax. £5,250
No rust and generally in very good condition - unfortunately there are a few 'Tesco dings' but these days I guess that that's pretty much par for the course . That being said these dings are very small are not of the "OMG, how did that happen" variety!
The interior is dark grey (not 2 tone) with a replacement car stereo (Alpine X305) and has not been smoked in
Both front and rear tyres are in great shape (fronts are Falkens and the rears are 275/35/19 Kumhos).
If I get the price I'm after I'll include a spare engine cover & original stereo
I'll try and get some more pictures at the weekend but for the time being a couple of oldies...

no - been talking about it for a while but she keeps dragging me back in , however it's now the right time to let her go and let others enjoy a low mileage car

Re: Crossfire for sale...
<smile> thanks Chris - yup the driveway has been extended (it was 2/3rds garden) since the 2 younglings having their own cars +1 for "The Boss" and 2 for me meant that good parking was a prerequisite for any new house. The Ram is actually up for sale as well, just 19,500 miles and pretty much immaculate ("The Boss" is trying to persuade me that 1 car is enough - and while I'm not sure I agree with her it's a short-term solution)
