Default child seats

Help I have been trawling the net for hours trying to find some info on how to safely travel with my 4year old in the car.I have a 2004 soft top .Airbags on airbags off ?isofix seats only? Aghh !!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the proper car seat installed correctly. The Crossfire does have the LATCH attatchment points on the passenger side. Turn the Passenger airbag off as it is too strong for a small child. Properly restrained in a quality seat that is installed right the child will not need the airbag anyway. My opinion anyway.

This is a truck example but it is the same for a 2 seat car, The difference is on this article is that it says trucks don't have the LATCH system, maybe so, but the Crossfire does have it on the passenger side.
