Can a "Car for Sale" ad (and title) be modified?

I am advertising my car for sale in Marketplace and with no nibbles, it is time for me to lower the price. Should I start a new thread or can I modify my original ad to reflect the lowered price? Thank you.

Seriously, you can modify your ad, completely rewriting the whole thing except the title, a mod could do that if asked nicely.
