Default Any NorCal Folks Here???

I wanna get together with some crossfire owners. I dont see a whole lot within my city, but again, it would be cool to meet up and check out the rides. Let me know.

Ok, so a couple hours from me. Maybe we could set up a gtg/ride in the spring? Maybe there are some other folks who'd be interested?

I'm thinking Spring(April) too? My car is going to be in and out of the shop for the next few months anyways.

I think Dina is from Norcal not sure where? Maybe she would want to meet up. I think their are about 3-4 crossfires in my town, but I dont see any SRT's.

My wife (Dina) might be interested in this, but I know for sure that I would be. Would love to meet up with fellow Forum members where ever it gets decided on. I've wondered before how great it would be to have a Calif.Mille type event with Forum members. One of the stops over the years for the Mille California Mille: Welcome is where I live; Mendocino, on the North Coast here. If this ever happened, it would be the economy version of the Mille of course, lol.

Sears Point (now it's called Infinion Raceway) is kind of Midway between some of us. They have Wednesday night drags, all comers $25. This could be pretty fun maybe? Just one idea. Bob

Bob, that sounds good. I was thinking the drive from Half Moon Bay down into Santa Cruz as well. A lot of twisties and the drive is incredible.

We have awhile to decide, but it would be fun to get together.

Yes, that's a beautiful drive. Half Moon Bay is about 4-1/2hrs. for me. Hopefully others will be interested in a GTG/Drive, and add to this. Bob

I'm in Vallejo. Dealer says there are a lot of XFs here. There is a gray coupe with no front grille I have been seeing around town lately. Hwy 1 is fun in either direction. Went to Sta Cruz today to the Mystery Spot. Then after dinner downtown, the freaking Garmin took us home via a very dark, small and twisty road that led to 17. Had to pull over on 17 cuz hubby lost dinner (outside), getting back on could have been ugly, but this car flies. My car loves going to the redwoods. Avenue of the Giants?

Sounds like we'll have a good 5-6 crossfires. April sounds like a good month with weather permitting of course. What does everyone think? Who knows with this California weather lately.

I'm in San Jose, I'd be interested in a meet up. Dina was saying that infineon has "drag days" and I think something like that would be perfect... we could have fun drag racing, compare cars, and maybe have dinner and chat afterward.

I'd be especially interested in listening/seeing and comparing differences between our cars. How do the different colors look, engines sound similar (is that noise normal), etc.

I would only be willing to do that if you quit calling me Dina jk/lol, my names Bob remember. Dina's my wife. The only problem with the drags is that it's Wednesday nights. It would be a late night drive home for most all of us. But I'm for it if the majority agreed. Bob

Haven't dragged the srt yet, that would be fun. I'm only 35mins away from Infineon 'tho so if consensus is something different, that's cool too.
