doubt it.

the factory rims have an area/notch in the back side of the rim (at the valve stem) for the tps module to mount up to.

Andrew, I beg to differ with you on this one. I installed the TPM in the Milano wheels and it works fine. It is secured by a piece of double sided tape on the inside and the stem nut will fit almost every wheel.

you very well maybe right.

but i remember another board member had to grind the inside of his rim in order to mount the tpm module.

I bought these wheels yesterday for $2,800. I just found out (the hard way) that my Tire Preasure Monitor Sensor (TPMS) does not fit.
No real surprised since I have to do custom work to make the TPMS fit my current Lorinser wheels as well. I just don't want to spend more money to make it fit. So if you want to install them on your crossfire, you would have to either do custom work, or disable the TPMS.

...and the MOST important thing, make sure the wheel support TPMS. I had to do custom work with drill/dremel/etc. to create the groove so that you could install TPMS:

Perhaps I got lucky with the interior shape of the Milano wheels, we just slapped the TPM into the wheel and put the nut on. Seems like that's pretty much what they do with all the MB spec. aftermarket wheels they sell... Not a single wheel in the shop with the same groove (flat spot) that comes with the OEM.

Ah well... another thing to debate... LOL

holy crap ! that groove is gonna make that wheel a tad unbalanced. i see a very large weight on the opposite corner of the groove in that wheels future...
