SRT-6 wheels for sale on eBay

I am looking to purchase a second set of wheels for my SRT-6 (for winter use) and just saw a set of 4 on eBay for $1,300 dollars. Can anyone tell me if this is reasonable?

The wheels are from a 2006 car but the price seems a bit high. Any comments would be appreciated.

even including tires (w/ mileage??)... this seems a bit high...

is it worth it to pay more for a new set of tires, and have them last longer? how much would i expect to pay for a new, entire set? when i bought my '04, it had brand new tires, (thank god) just for future reference.
