New Springs on their way
I finally decided to upgrade my springs on the srt6. I went with HDDP's suggestion, and bought the 1.75" drop springs from tuner tools. $245 shipped to my door using USPS Priority mail. Before and after pics will hopefully soon follow.

But the front did drop 1.25 or more, I do have a little rub on the front when I turn sharp, but I've not driven it enough to look to see where it is. I had installed the Chrysler camber bolt kit in the front witch would have set the top of the tire out a little more than OEM. I had posted a thread asking who did & who didn't do anything about adjusting the camber and I don't think anybody did but me. The front camber bolt kit adds 3 degrees more positive camber witch put it right back at OEM spec, but it was way too far towed in. I also done the adjustable rear camber bushings to gat the camber back to OEM spec. and it also put the rear tow too far in. But after the four wheel alignment every thing is back to OEM spec, the car rides so much better it's not so bone jarring when you are on rough road and I think they helped distribute more weight to the back under heavy acceleration. To make up the difference in top fender well gap from the 1/2" difference in the drop on the front & rear, I bought a new set of 285/35's that are .9 inches taller, so that made up the top fender well gaps the same on front & rear.

Steve and Coony3737:
Sounds like a great improvement. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. If you have an opportunity, post photos - any pre, during or post would be perfect, if you can. Thanks.

Steve Hellums, did you get the adjustment kit for the front and back or just the front?
I already ordered a set for the front for about $60... I want it as close to OEM specs as possible with no rubbing.
Well I've got some bad news, Lloyd emailed me and said that he had jumped the gun a bit on the springs. He said the manufacturing company only makes springs in large batches and at the moment their is not enough demand to make another run. So Lloyd has now offered to do Eibachs for the same price or a refund. Now my dilemma is...should I just run the Eibachs or should I save another month or two and go with their 36-way adjustable coilovers. I'll keep ya posted on what I decide.

The strange thing about the coilovers available for our car is that they aren't the traditional looking coil over shock as you would expect. Plus they aren't easily adjustable either. The coilovers that I am talking about are the KW units.
I thought about the H&R Cup kit but I don't know of anyone with an SRT that has them installed. They do a nice job of getting the car nice and low.
I talked with Lloyd first thing this morning and ended up going with the Eibachs which he offered at no additional cost. He apologized once again for the situation and said the springs would ship out today. Even with this mix up I would not think twice about buying from Lloyd once again. His customer service was great and always kept me in the loop of what was going on.

looks great steve...
its amazing how much more aggressive the crossfire looks when its lowered... looks as if its moving while its standing still... ready to attack.
i also like how you modified a set of front clear side markers to adapt to the rear bumper.
nice work!
cheers~

ps - i think some hub centric spacers would look nice on the front... to push out the wheels a tad.

Congratulations on the Eibachs. IMO theyr'e the best choice for the Crossfire. I haven't heard many good things about the H&R Cup Kit.
Very nice look Steve. I'm sure that back end will squat a little more once the Turbo kicks in...

Steve:
I've been considering getting the Eibach's as well. I know you just got the springs, but if you can, how would you rate the change ride wise (excluding appearance)?

don't really understand that. The car rides pretty close to the regular '04 coupe that I had, in short it's still a little stiff, but rides a hell of a lot better.
