Default Don't go to Les Schwab

I went to Les Schwab (Davis, CA) to get my tire checked for an air leak and the douchebag ran my car into the curb scratching the whole front bumper underside. The manager said they were not responsible for the damage despite my attempts to file a claim with them. I told them I would go through my insurance and come back with a vengence....but it was a no go.

So here is how I want to get back at them...DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB!

Get 2 estimates. One from a Chrysler shop, then file small cllaim court papers & have them served. This route always gets their attn. & mabey an out or court settlement. If you witnessed this mishap the judge puts a lot of emphasis on that. Things seem to be in your favor.
