Thanks. Getting the correct wheel set up was a pain. They kept sending the wrong wheel sizes, but eventually it was corrected. Debating on changing brake pads to keep them cleaner! i was able to get the F1'S on in time to do a bit of snow driving last week.

 

Those wheels do look very nice!

 

I love the two piece wheel look on SSB's. I also think it looks even better when the spider(spoked section) of the wheel is painted either body color or a nice grey metallic........similar to M-B 65 AMG wheels.

 

They look great. Post a few more pics from other angles if you do not mind. And please share what the final size and offset where for the set up.

here is my set up

 

The front size is 18 x 8.5 w/ 225/ 40r-18 F1's, the rear is 19 x 9.5 w/ 255/35R-19 F1's

 

Just saw those on a Mercedes when I took ours in for service Saturday. I'm not sure what model they were on. The other wheels I saw on a new C300 last night. Both are nice looking wheels but I'll keep my ASA's.

wouldn't 235/40 18 and 275/35 19 been a more correct fit? seems like the edge rim might be a little exposed.
