How much $$$ you got to spend.??

You can start with a set of Foose Speedsters. I believe they are 19x7.5 in the front and 20x9.5 in the back.
Once you look into the air bag and compressor install you may change your mind. You do realize you can't drive the car slammed like that... don't you.? That's a park and drop for show thing.

The wheels are VERY NICE and a good place to start !!

No, that is a real picture. I cant remember his name, but he had a few pics in his gallery of the car and the post above is correct about who did the actual work.

It may be a "real" car pictured but I am sure it has been "chopped"
Look at the lack of a shadow behind the front wheel comfared to the rear wheel. Also look at the "fuzziness" and the ghosting on the front bumper at the far right. 3rd - look at the opening in the front wheel, bottom right, - that is clearly a digital cut.

I have little doubt that that car was "digitally" lowered over the wheels. (or time was spent to make it look that way)

I think you might be over analysing the photo. The ghosting on the front wouldn't mean it was a chop, might be just a poor photographer/camera. The lack of shadow in the front wheel is because of the flash from the camera, hence the over exposure of the surrounding area. I think if it's a chop, it's been nicely done because i couldn't find a single thing wrong looking at it. The front right bottom of the bumper is a little blurry, but i wouldn't see the point in blurring that to cover anything because of a lowering job via PS.

Now that I look closer, I have to agree. First off, I don't think you could get the wheels to set that deep into the wheel wells without heavy mods to the inner well. Sumthin' just don't look right with that pic.

I just did a search for "air bags" and I came up with this.

The body is definitely not chopped, because if you look at the front bumper, the refelction from the concrete edge lines up with the bumper. The shadow not presnet by the front wheel could be because of the flash. Although the front rim actually looks larger than the rear rim.
