they look like they will fit,
the stock wheels with no lip is front offset 35 rear 20 the new rims look like there is no lip,, the fronts will stick out 3 mm and the rear will be in 5mm
1 millimeter = 0.0393700787 inches jim

I think they will look very nice if that's all they will stick out. I have 12mm spacers in the rear, and 10mm in front with the OEM wheels. There's quite a few folks here with spacers. I think it makes the car look better.

Hartmann Performance Wheels - Audi wheels, stock replicas ....this is were i found them ...im gonna get one and see how it fits up for now
also they seem to be out of 19x 8 fronts with 38et..but they have fronts with 25et...could i just get spacers for the front and grab them thanks eric
Yes you could, but as someone running spacers, if they would have made the wheel with an offset and backspace that would have allowed me to NOT use spacers, I would have most definately used those.
Not that spacers are bad, but they put undue strain on suspension pieces, even if it is only a few mm, I would wait and get the ones that are more spec appropriate, just my .02
