looks interesting. I'll be adjusting this when I reinstall my steering gear so I'll see how much it really affects it.

What stearing problems are you talking about? I know I've only mine for about two months, but I have not had any problems with anything, let alone stearing. Could you explain?

Both crossfires I had, had the steering problem. Its a strange feeling its seems like the steering is electronically and the wheels are lagging. Maybe I need to find another owner and let them drive my car.

I would take it to the dealership. that sounds more like a tire issue than anything else.

did you look to make sure you were really not driving on a dirt road lol?

Haha ya im sure I wasn't driving on dirt. The dealership isn't going to help I have no warrenty and no money. I haven't driven my car in 18 days because it wouldn't pass inspection due to having no highbeams. This weekend I will sneak in a drive to remind myself what the steering feels like.

What a shame, if you would like to trade a nice NA for the SRT, I will take care of her nicely and I doubt there would more than a 18 hour period where I didn't drive her, much less 18 days....

Good luck with it.

Thank you for the info, I will be checking this out this winter. I knew there must be a way to tighten up the gearbox just hadn't gotten around to finding it.
I did replace my steering stabilizer and I wouldn't say I have a steering problem, it just seems after 62,000 miles it isn't as "crisp "as it once was.

mine is just now starting to feel like a small steering box problem even though I know that isn't the case...I have been blaming my tires...but, I really push this little car hard...as for normal driving, it drives just fine...I will figure it out, its just a push problem right now...but it does drive better than any of the vettes I have owned once you get to the 140-150 range... even though I only get to play at that speed on some open roads, it is just more fun to do this with this car over others I have owned. I don't understand why automobile writers didn't give this car higher marks...you have to spend 100k to match its performance at high speeds...let alone all the other neat things it does...

That could v ery well be the cause of the drifting issues.
tension on the drag link basically controls steering slop, a loose drag link could contribute to the loose drifting feeling everyone has been talking about
