Question Has anyone tried the Duralast Gold Cmax

I need to change my brake pads. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Duralast Gold Cmax Ceramic Brake Pads from Auto Zone? Is so, how are they with dust build-up?

I have not tried those, but the general consensus on the forum is either Akebono or Rotex Gold. I went with the Akebono's. Both of these options work well with little to no brake dust.

I have replaced the factory pads with the Duralast Gold. After 150 miles no dust!!
Also no squeaking. Very smooth response. Installation was a breeze.

I have the same pads on the C280 (same brakes as the N/A). Very low dust and excellent bite, both cold and warm. In my opinion, better than the stock pads.

I put the Cmax from Autozone on mine and they work better than stock with no dust.

Just did mine yesterday, got to be one of the easiest mods I've every done on this car. Now to see how long before the dust comes back...

I'm also running the Duralast Gold.

Replaced the original pads at 15k, a straight swap, no change to rotors.

No squeal, grab nice, with little to no dust at 500 miles...

We just got back from an overnight trip to the Ouachita Mountains. About 750 miles all told, had one severe stop on the highway and a few in towns. Must say, I'm impressed with the Dura-last pads. We even did the Talimena Scenic Byway on the way home, alas we missed the foliage.
Now, to the point-very good stopping power and my rear wheels had more "dust" than the fronts. I'll be buying a set for DC's Crossfire soon.

These are the pads I am running on the front on my car. Although I am using four piston MB/Brembo caliper and C32 rotors. I am very impressed with the pads. No dust, quiet and very easy on the rotors. The concensus mentioned mentiiond above was established before anyone really tried ceramic. I have also used the Posi Quiet made by Centric which aren't any better and O'Riley's also sells a great premium ceramic pad.
