Default Can I cut My springs?

I know you can cut the springs on the SRT but are they the same on the BASE crossfire? I was thinking about doing it today but wanted to make sure or see if anyone has done this.

I thought that the NA has progressive rate springs. Check to make sure. I would never recommend cutting a progressive rate spring.
