Craigslist wheels - Any idea if they will fit?

Craigslist wheels - Any idea if they will fit?
I hate to ask this without searching for an hour first, but time is of the essence and I have no idea what model Mercedes these wheels are from. These wheels just popped up on craigslist for $150. All the ad states is that they are Mercedes wheels and 16". I'd like to use them at the track if they fit and have a decent width.
The offset seems way off, so spacers would probably need to be used.

I just found the wheel on ebay. Looks like they are C280 wheels that are only 7" wide. 
I still emailed the guy to find out for certain the size of the ones for sale.

16" wheels will fit on the back for drag racing. Mine are 16X7 with a 34 offset. I use Mickey Thompson ET's for the drag radials..
