Dave, my guess is the 20x11 will look MEAN.
I am not sure since I have not run anything THAT wide, but hopefully someone can comment.
If the wheels have a 30 or 32 offset and the OEM wheels have a 22 offset (the limited wheels do, not 100% on the SRT, thought it was the same) you are going to need a spacer to 'push' the wheels out farther, or they will be an additional 8-10mm INSIDE the wheel well, not sticking out, and that is your problem. Measure the room between your OEM wheels and any other components in thw wheel well to see if the additional inch or two will kill you, I think with spacers you will be fine, and have the look you want.
Remember to measure your rear lug bolts to make sure they are not too long or they will destroy your Ebrake capabilities....

My guess is 20x11 will not fit without sticking out from under the fender lip.
I have 19x9.5 with 295/30R19 tires and they are CLOSE to the inner well. I don't see how you will stick an extra 1.5 inches in there without coming out nearly a half inch outside the fender line.
I would recommend pulling one rear wheel off and taking a measurement from the fender lip to the inside wheel well. I suspect it's just under 11 inches. or just a hair over. Either way, you must remember that the inner well is tapered and as the suspension articulates, the tire/rim combo goes up and in. Rubbing on the inside wheel well is almost guaranteed with a rim that wide.
Good luck!
