1st to 2nd low speed click
1st to 2nd low speed click
ok i need help forum, please!
so i notice there is a clicking sound in low speeds in low gears. it mainly happens in my parking lot of my apt.. ill go from reverse to drive then from 1st to 2nd there is a click! im not sure if it is before or after the gears change i kind of think it is before/during shifting if that makes any sense. i recently took it to a shop to replace that pesky cps sensor and told them to check the guibo's,driveshaft, and carrier bearing. they said they checked driveshaft and bushings and everything "seems fine". i think it is an engine mount cause when im slowing down and turning right into my complex at LOW speeds i also hear a click. but discussion on the forum says that engine mounts do not make noise when bad, could it be a transmission mount? when i get my tax return i will be replacing the mounts and sensors to start ruling possibilities out. any advice?
