Default Tyre size query

I have a stock 07 n/a crossfire. I know the standard width tyre on the rear is 255 35 19.
Iv checked on here and im sure I can but just want to check before I buy, Can I fit 275 35 19 tyres on the standard rims,

Yes. I run them. You can go a bit larger if you want, 285/35 19's are commonly used in the states as well.

Thanks for the help. Iv gone ahead and bought the 275's. Do you think I could also fit some 10 or 15mm hubcentric spacers just to widen the track alittle.

getshawty: I have a 2004 N/A with 285x35x19, 9.5 wide rims...have no problem of any type..really look good..probably could use a small spacer, but I like the stance and look without them ...Carl

Carl love your wheels, Really suit the car. Do you mind me asking where you got your front bumper splitter. Wouldn't mind one myself.

I've run 305/30/19 Michelins till I'm on the wear bars. Stock SRT-6 wheels without any spacers or mods. No rubs anywhere, but Not Recommended by tire dealers on our narrow wheels. Squirrel Crusher
