Can I ask where you sourced the lower control arms, ball joints, center link. I need coils as well. I am having a hard time finding them. Also what you paid would be helpful.

at Rockauto for 2004 SLK320, front lowers are $40 each side
ball joints as cheap as $4.81
center section is $67.79

I bought everything from FCPeuro https://www.fcpeuro.com/
Set your car model to a 2004 Mercedes SLK320 and you are good to go.
All Lemforder.
There are cheaper options out there, but for parts that keep the wheels attached to the car, I was not going to cheap out.
