Default Suspension parts question

I have some control arms that could use a refresh. I’m curious if we share any parts with Mercedes so I could get them from FCPEuro and their lifetime warranty?

When I get parts for my car I use: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK 320. Everything I've received has fit perfectly.
