Default Tire Rotation

I suppose the only way to rotate tires is front driver to front passenger and same with the rear? Should I do that at regular intervals?

As long as you have tires that are NOT "directional" - meaning that they can rotate in either direction
It says on the sidewall of the tire with an arrow if they are "Directional"
If they are they can not be rotated

I don't know if you have removed your wheels before, but if you haven't you might want to get a wheel hanger. Our cars use lug bolts, as opposed to other vehicles that use lug nuts on pre-mounted studs.
Here's a picture from a post I did a while ago.

another question, just had new tires installed on SE wheels (similar to SRT wheels) and they bent one of the lug caps. So I was looking, how do you remove those caps?

If you have the original caps, if you look closely, you will see a mall slot to put a screwdriver in and carefully pop it loose. when reinstalling, line the slot in the cap up with the wheel.
