Don't do it. Buy a new one from rcompart@gmail.com or needswings.com Squirrel Crusher

Thanks for help. Right now I can't afford a brand new 1. I was wondering can my OEM be repaired. If you would please go under Troubleshooting & Technical & Modifications. I explain it. I just spend 3K on mods for this car and my bank has run DRY!! I am hearing also the parts and labor to fix is going to be expensive. Thanks again

This is his WTB post. He put it in the WTB forum.
Nothing wrong with that.

Listen to this advice. I went down the path of trying to find someone to swap the cores on a stock intercooler and no one was interested in doing it. Even had my shop ship an intercooler to several companies and it was a no go. I purchased a used intercooler as it was the only option and it is leaking. I just need to place an order with Rudy.

It will cost you more time and money and effort to swap the intercooler twice than it will to do it right the first time. If you don't have the money now continue to run the leaking intercooler while you save. Or come up with plan B for the money, e.g. an interest free credit card for 18 months.

IF you do continue to run (if it's just a small leak), It would be better to have completely separate coolant systems and run straight distilled water(if you're not freezing where you live). Or perhaps add a little Methanol Alcohol. This would be better than leaking antifreeze into your intake I believe.
