Broken fitting? If so that can be fixed.

 

i think so that little black needle thing on top broke off

one more question i have no idea what this 1/8" -27NPT tap and a 1/8" NPT / hose barb brass fitting is sorry im a noob
about cars but im willing to learn. where did you buy yours tap and brass fitting i just wanna make sure im buying the
right items i did a internet search on these 2 items in i have no idea what im looking at. <----Noob
