For some reason when I purchased my 04' Chrysler Crossfire last October, only the driver side low beam has the bulb retaining clip. The Passenger side bulb is just kind of hanging there, missing it's clip. After reading about how much of a pain in the *** the bulbs are to replace, perhaps someone lost it while replacing a bulb years ago.
