Where can I find Preformed vacuum hose?

Its the 2005 crossfire Coupe and the preformed vacuum hose near the intake right under the cover, on the top of the engine, dry rotted and the end split and my hold car started rattling and getting stuck at 3,000 RPMs for 30-45 sec at a time even in neutral.
I cut the end off and stretched the hose to cover the end, and now the car runs perfectly but I need a new hose. Anyone know where to look? and what the price may be?
