Hey Mickey, As far as I know, the Mercedes engine in the CF from 04-08 are the same fit interchangeable for all the CF models except for the SRT. I'll get a UPS estimate and message you the detail. I'll try to message the shipping price hopefully Sunday. I may need your exact address to input into the UPS site for a price (or I can make it up for an estimate?) You can send a private message with your exact address. Sending a check and waiting for it to clear is fine by me.

Hey John, another option would be the C240/C320 M/B cover. Direct plug & play and affords 50% better air volume/flow. Can be found on Ebay and salvage yards for under $100.
