WTB Grill attach shield

Have 06 roadster need the plastic shield that grill clips on to but will take grill with the shield that bolts to front clip if necessary.for sale.

Are these what you're looking for? And if so the "bolt on" ones actually bolt to these..

Thanks you are correct , not needed for mesh grill.
Appreciate the help, new grill fits fine
