There are two iPhone 7 models: model #A1660 (Sprint, Verizon) and model #A1778 (T-Mobile, AT&T). There are also two iPhone 7 Plus models: model #A1661 (Sprint, Verizon) and model #A1784 (T-Mobile, AT&T). Each model number supports different technology and will only work with select carrier networks.
Now u see why i need a phone that is or was a locked sprint phone I have found only one that said locked to sprint and then in the fine print it said "it also works on t-mobile I don't know enough to get a used phone i may have to go to sprint and pay out the ---- and get their phone.
I found these iphone 7's that will not work on the sprint network AT&T Unlocked iPhone 7+ will not work with Sprint
Apple released two version of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus
The first version is a model that support both CDMA and GSM (Multi-Mode) ( Supported By Sprint ).
The second version is a model that only support GSM (Single Mode) ( Not Supported By Sprint ). the iPhone 7 from T-Mobile and AT&T aren't eligible to work with Sprint.
You are about to throw money down a rat hole. Post #2 will probably be your only economical option, and even then, the phone may not last very long. I worked for a Sprint dealer for eleven years, only buy from a reputable source that you can return the phone to when it does not work (you will eat the shipping both ways).
Be VERY CAREFUL, if $175 is that dear to you, the last thing you want, is to spend ANY MONEY and be 'no where'.

Not so good, i went to t-mobile ,, they tried to fix my acct and add the new phone sprint in contract with t mobile will not give me the deal with out changing my plan ( i have 6 phones) daughter son in law ,my son his wife and my wife and i,) they want to sell me the phone for 600 and under a new plan charge me 27 dollars more each mo + the payement for the phone 12.37 a mo. looks like i may be looking for a new service,, my son and daughter will have to get their own with sprint i was paying 163 a mo. each one of us was ,,,is paying about 22.00 per mo.
Wake up America, your hooked on a 'cell phone', and they will charge whatever you'll pay (and they make the rates). Just imagine what will happen when you get your 'new' phone and it works worse than your current one (friends of mine, they are 'been there done that' bit by the bug)..... Cell phones are a want, not a need (is anyone really that important to have to be in touch 24/7). I called their predecessor (the pager) a strap-on hemorrhoid because almost every time it went off it was a pain in the a$$. Spoken by someone who would NEVER own one (ME!)...
You are HILARIOUS! We all need to get off this 'new and improved' phone that comes out every fall with its long lines to be the first to have. Have to ask, does the phone actually put us in touch with another, check. So how does the new model, latest and greatest, do this differently. AMEN GraphiteGhost.
