Default Eurocharged Tune RPM?

Call it early onset amnesia, but for the life of me i cannot recall- is the tune supposed to raise the redline to 6500?

I recently took the car out of storage (where it spends half the year) and decided to go WOT on a long straight away and noticed it shift at 6000. I was thinking that the tune should raise the rev limiter. No?

Mine shifts at 6050. My understanding is to raise the redline much you need the TCU tune or you'll spend time in limp mode. Best to email Eurocharged for the definitive answer.

Share your secret. I requested a raised limit at one time and Eurocharged told me flat out the only way was to send in the TCU to have it modified. Or was I misled?

I've seen 6500 rpm with the eurocharged tcu tune but it wasn't safe, afr spikes and amongst other things, wouldn't recommend it. I'll be trying speed drivens tcu tune out shortly though

Its got the trans tune in it also. On the dyno sheets (3 differnt dyno locations) it keeps climbing until you let out of it. Afr's are rock solid aswell. No spikes or elevation.
