Exterior lights flashing !!! Trunk or gas door will not open !!!

Can anybody tell me why my exterior lights are flashing and neither my trunk nor gas door will open. Help please!!!!!!

Do you live near an air base? I'm stationed in Guam and I had a similar issue a few weeks ago when we had B-2's on the base. Seems whenever they flew over my car the lights would start flashing for no reason.

Classic symptoms of the security module / pump getting wet. Remove the trunk carpet and dig into the passenger side well to find it all wrapped up in drippy foam. Dry it out good, and if all is well again, then go find that leak.
1. gas cap area
2. tailgate hatch.

most like a gasket or plugged drain tube.
