There must be a million threads about this here, all by new owners. I even started one, 2 1/2 years ago!

I don't know why they designed The car like this, but the default is for the fan to come on about 22 degrees F above the thermostat opening.

Since Friday, mine does not do this... I had the -10C fan mod done and now my needle never GETS to the halfway mark! Viva La BuckHead Import Service!!!!!
(And since it is -10C, my fan comes on 18 degrees F before yours does. Talk about "Peace of Mind"!)


EDIT: If you'd just looked around a bit, you'd have seen my latest thread "Temp Needle going too high?" in this very forum, down about 10 threads!
