Just got the letters out, and it DOES say "... 10 years or 100,000 miles..."
I say the 10 years, but didn't remember reading 100,000 miles.
My VIN is 36751 and the previous car was 33951. The first car was sold and stayed in Georgia it's whole life. The one I have now? Don't remember where it was sold originally, but the second owner bought it in Oregon and then moved to Arizona where it stayed with him for four years. It is obvious that, somewhere along the line, the rear window was reglued.
There is a thread here on how to reglue it yourself, the precedure was developed by a member in Arizona. His fix seems to work, period.
Now, out to the garage to try putting my top down manually.
