You are in the "FORUM TROUBLESHOOTING" section.

Go to TSBs and How-To Articles, the second sticky thread is on "Sticky Ignition Key". All you need are a few basic tools and about 1 1/2 hours of time to fix this and you are set for the life of the car.

Or, go to a dealership and have the lock replaced for around $500 and the problem will come back in about three years.
