Just purchased my 2004 crossfire coupe.(white exterior/navy leather interior) Been driving less than a week and has stalled twice. Both times while idiling at a street light. The car always turns over and starts in a matter of minutes. AFter it restarts the check engine light does come on then goes away within 30 mins of running it.Car has 60000 kms on it and has been to every maintenance appointment! Is this bad gas? Fuel filter? I am kinda worried as I do hear stories of them stalling while on hwy and driving and this is a big accident waiting to happen.
It's only a guess till you get the code read. I would guess Crank Positioning Sensor.. Don't think the Relay Control Module throws a code. 15 bucks will buy you an OBD scanner.. or most auto parts stores can read the code for you.
