I agree with everything you said except this part. Ive engaged the necessary people, and CARB wont be as big an issue as people think. It should only cost about $150.... If the ref wants tweaks, maybe more but thats a good estimate right there considering the design Corky was originally talking about... ie. somewhat stock looking, and no change to emissions unless better than stock due to more restrictive exhaust flow. The reason he isnt making it CARB legal is the hoops he has to jump through and the cost of the kits at that point will climb dramatically.
