ive got some thngs now coming up between now and august. July 14, 15, 28, 29 are no good for me. that only leaves a few weekends for me to get together with you guys. How about July 21. Host a conference call or meeting to make sure everything is on track and no loose ends. Make sure everyone who has a task / action item is going to make sure it's done.
I'm going to do a final mock up of the show car area layout based on the owners suggestion. I'm also going to begin to make some signs (as I committed to).
The winery has the wine tasting tickets they are providing which also has a tear-off for a future discount.
Where are we with music? DJ or can we just get a decent sound system and hook up an IPOD with some music? I have an old stereo I can bring if necessary.
As far as food, they have cheese and crackers for purchase but not really any other food. Bring a cooler with some food to hold off the urges.........
