How long does it take the Ebay ones to power up? around 10 secs
Morimotos? about 3<---almost the same as OEM headlights.
And where, pray tell, does one find AC power in a car?
Oh, and BTW-my ebay crap HID's are silent. Both H7's AND 9006's.
