I have noticed in my srt6 stock that when accelerating hard the rear "sways" or "drifts" slightly from side to side in a slow controllable way. It isn't the traction control because it does it with and without the traction control. The tires are not spinning when it does this either. I checked everything under the rear (control arms, sway bars, etc...) and everything appears to be solid. Do you guys think it is the traction/power switching between sides? Has anybody else noticed this before the install of LSD?
well Jesse James, ole' Doc Holliday here thinks that is what is happening. Both are right at the point of breaking loose, so the TC is fighting back and forth keeping both wheels from spinning. It is an un-natural kind of feeling...I never liked that feel from the beginning.. With TC off, it will launch better, but usually only 1 wheel spinning, sometimes 2, but asa you would start to get the sideways motion, 1 wheel would stop spinning because the TC, even though turned off, would still over-ride the system.
