This video was on burnells police chases for many years. His top speed was tracked at 165ish but not at this portion. He actually survived the wreck as he was ejected and tumbled in the softer dirt/sand on the shoulder. I do not remember if drugs or alcohol was involved in this one chase but thats moot he is an A$$
