I'm sure they'll cover the tow bill and repair once there is an actual failure to fix.
Like I say, otherwise your wanting them to fix a potential failure based on "it makes a noise".. no component has actually "failed" as of yet.
I'd bet on a wreck or sale before a repair if I was the warranty provider..LOL.
