If it's a manual I would suggest 5hour energy..

And vibrate when idleing makes me think of the CPS since your @ 75k.. Think that is about when mine went out. Click the link in my signature for more information. It wouldn't hurt to get one from Ebay (BOSCH) and get the tools to replace, even just to have handy.
