It just isn't the case. A FEW dealerships can, but most are LOST when dealing with these cars.

I take mine to a local shop where one of the owners wives has a Mercedes 320 - he knows more about my car than anyone at a Chrysler dealership!

Of course, I do as much work myself as I can.... but I am limited in the more major mechanical stuff.

When you buy your car brand new, and they offer the extended warranty, of course your stuck going to a Chrysler dealer. I woud love to be able to take it some place else, that I could trust that works on them. But with the warranty I'm Stuck!

We have a Merceds SL500 that of course goes to a local shop, that's who I want to put my car on their computer, then take the print out back to the dealer to read it! And get my car fixed correctly.....
