The W switch, is for wet/icy weather, it does make a difference, and stops wheel spin, and makes driving a little easier, it also lowers the rev range to stop the spin, not a very technical answer and i'm sure will be put in a more technical fashion by those in the know i'm sure, (well i am a chef) the S button on the hand stands for sh*t this is quick, take off the traction control, change manually and the fun starts, and listen to the exhaust note between 5and 60000 revs... sweet!
